  • Orginized and pastored Agape' Christian Church in the early seventies, and met in the Woodacre Improvement Club for services.

  • Increase full time student attendance by providing on campus low income housing on the IVC campus, with shuttle to COM, Work with city of Novoto, etc.
  • Recruit all ages and backgrounds for enrollment and seek funds from the Marin Community Foundation for scholorships, we are an ageing adult community.
  • Make IVC more attractive with sports programs and centralized dinning area for community atmosphere. Link up with high tech firms for IVC and media.
