| We urge a YES vote on Measure L. County Service Area No. 13 (Upper
Lucas Valley) contracts with the Marinwood Community Services
District to provide fire protection and emergency medical service.
This Measure will allow County Service Area No. 13 to pay Marinwood
for this protection. It will NOT increase the maximum allowable tax
rate.
