Local budget control is a critical issue that must be addressed if we are to meet the needs of our students. I believe I have the skills and experience to work with our district and political leaders to gain more local budget control for LVUSD.

Excellent teachers, strong administrators and involved parents are the critical forces in academic success. Effective communication enables these groups to work toward the shared goal of students meeting their full potential.

I believe that nothing is more informative than a first- hand observation. If elected I promise to be involved with every school in the district.
