  • Preserve present water supply for current residents and building lots already approved by the Board of Supervisors. No dry lots.
  • Develop cost effective new water supplies, the cost of which should not affect current ratepayers.
  • Where there is no State or Federal mandate all Bond offerings should first be approved by the electorate.
