  • Since becoming City Treasurer in 1984, I have endeavored to become knowledgeable of the responsibilities and the laws governing the City Treasurer.
  • I am a past president and an active member of the California Municipal Treasurers Association (CMTA)
  • I currently serve as Certification Committee Chair for Municipal Treasurers Association of the United States and Canada (MTA US & C)
