Building Moratorium for the El Sobrante Valley
I strongly support the Moratorium on building in the valley. It will require 8 or 9 Councilpersons voting yes to achieve.
Richmond Municipal Sewer District Rate Increase
I have strongly opposed this rate increase because the City failed to explore less costly options.
Crime Prevention
In order to keep our neighborhoods safe, we must provide support to our police officers.
