EXPERIENCE
Since I participated in the development of contract agreements for the creation of the Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency, including the right of entry agreements for service through Castro Valley, and helped develop the refuse management, curbside recycling and greenwaste programs and contracts during my 25 years of service on the board, I feel well qualified to represent our community.
