My education and qualifications are: Castro Valley resident 37 years ; BS Civil Engineering , UC-Berkeley; MBA-Finance, Cal-State-Hayward; Married 38 years , three children . Korean Veteran .

Memberships : American Society of Civil Engineers, California Association of Sanitation Agencies, Waste Management Authority, League of Women Voters, Rotary Club. Organized the Concerned Citizens to save Cull Canyon Reservoir from being silted up. Result : Alameda County Public Works Dept will start dredging the Reservoir this Fall.

Work Experience 35 years Water Ressources and Engineering projects. 30 of those years worked for Morrison-Knudsen Co., a world leader in construction & Engineering. Some of the projects I worked on include: • Water Study for Fremont, CA • Storm Sewer Design for Vacaville, CA • Waste Water Treatment Plant for Monterey, CA • Construction of EBMUD 3rd Mokelumne Acqueduct, bringing potable water from Pardee Reservoir to the East Bay • A bridge in Contra Costa County • Brownlee Dam in Idaho • An Irrigation Project and an Airport in Tunisia • Itaipu Power Plant in Brazil ( I was the Project Manager on this project, the largest power plant in the world)
