1. I am convinced informed citizens make better choices.

Information provides the knowledge and power to;increase
the quality of life; to give the power to make informed
decisions about public policies and provides a basis for
broad community involvement.

2. I believe that we are created equal. Despited societies

reluctance to dismantle the vestiges of the past,we must
continue to take the responsiblity of pressing toward
mark of equality.

3. I believe that children are the future of the world

and we should make the investment in their future
our first priority.

4. I believe that the community should take an active

role in setting priorities and addressing preceived
needs.
