Vice-Mayor

My desire is to help foster a proactive Metro Council, that investigates issues and is engaged in a "hands-on" partnership with the Mayor's office, the departments and agencies of Metro Government, and the people of Nashville. The Metro Council consist of 40 members, and I want to help create a working Metro Council that consists of active, functioning committeees that investigates issues, does planning and moves forward towards solutions in a proactive manner. If we operate efficiently, we can improve education, police and fire protection, and traffic congestion without continuing the rate of increase in property taxes.
