Life, Liberty, Property shall not be deprived without due process of law.

By Diane Beall Templin

Candidate for Attorney General

This information is provided by the candidate
The 5th Amendment to the Constitution state that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation. United Nations take-over of control of up to 50% of American lands without the treaty's ratification by Congress and with the active support of the present administration.
OUR RIGHTS ARE OUR MIGHT, OUR VOTES ARE OUR VOICE, OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS ARE ACCOUNTABLE. The means that have been used in pursuit of the UN/IUCN Wildlands Project have been unconstitutional. The secrecy is understandable: Each time local citizens have been informed of the true and full extent of the Biosphere reserve , World Heritage and related schemes, they have been able to effectively block their implementation. The role of informed citizens in stopping this march to global governance and loss of American sovereignty has repeatedly vindicated Thomas Jefferson's belief that there is 'no safe depository of the ultimate power of the society but by the people themselves'. Principled Americans MUST unite, get the facts straight and expose this unconstitutional take-over as lethel threats to our freedom, independence and constitutional order. As Attorney General, I will work for the liberty and benefit of the people-not for the enthronement of government. bureaucracy
