A Better California for a New Century -- Dan Lungren will not dodge tough issues. He will tackle our tough infrastructure challenges: transportation and water, housing and growth. Yet California's prosperity cannot be found in economic strength alone. Some of our problems -- drug use, random gang violence, fatherlessness -- cannot be legislated or policed away. As Governor, Dan Lungren will continue his call for a return to the virtues and principles that made our culture strong.
