Public education needs experience and leadership

Public education is the link between the ideals and the realities of Democracy.

My twenty six year career in elementary and secondary public education in San Mateo County provides me with unique insight as to the problems and the solutions needed for our schools.

America needs education to provide a safe enviornment in which to learn a common language, standards of moral conduct, forums for civil discourse and a learning environment in which each student can excel.

With these goals and the confidence born of experience I present myself as a candidate for the San Mateo County Board of Education
