Increasing Student Achievement Through Experienced Leadership
Experience counts. As a Board member for five years, I've worked to help our students and our District move forward to meet the challenges of tomorrow's world. Let's continue our progress.

--Improving a rigerous and relevant curriculum, geared to the information age, while stressing the basic skills of reading, writing and math. And, stressing the need of students to solve problems and work in teams.

--Insuring safe schools through programs such as zero tolerance, conflict resolution and positive role models.

--Measuring our progress against high standards, holding students and educators accountable for learning.

--Using sound management to put our dollars to work in the classroom, while holding central administration to a minimum.

--Providing teacher training to support and continually improve our classroom instruction.

--Helping parents to become informed partners in their children's education. There is no greater indication of student success than a parent who values education.

As a parent of three children, a business professional, and an experienced Board member, I know how much we have accomplished in our District and how much remains to be done. With your support, we will continue our progress.
