Amend City Charter to Provide for Election of Council Members from Districts
In order to return power to the voters of Santa Clara, Tom proposes that we amend the City Charter to provide for election of Council Members from districts.
Promote Openness and Ethics in Government Service.
Ordinary citizens have been left out of a political system that is locked into the "good ole boy" network of the past, rather than the open and inclusive strategy proposed by Tom.
Balancing the Requirements of a Built Out City - Affordable Housing
A fifth Generation Santa Claran and Father of five Children, Tom has a unique Link to the Past tempered by an optimistic and creative Vision for the Future.
