Mountain View School District

Campaign Co-Chair, successful $36 million School Bond (82.5% approval)
Former Board Member, LA/MV PTA Council and Leadership Mountain View Council (Graduate '94)
Member, Mountain View Schools Fund and all five (now six) schools' PTA's

BA, Business, MBA, Finance and Banking
Former Corporate Banker, 15 years


As an incumbent, I provide continuity of leadership experience in addressing key issues. I am committed to investing in quality teaching, ensuring sound budget management, and building community support for public education.


As a community volunteer, I respect the rich diversity and sense of neighborhoods within our District. I am committed to expanding communication that connects the Board with the entire community. I bring a broad knowledge of local and regional resources and a willingness to work with people to solve problems.


As a parent of young children, I am an active volunteer, district-wide. I am committed to increasing parent choice and participation, creating a climate where all students feel safe and respected, challenged and supported, and promoting our schools throughout the community.
