Full Biography for Toni Casey

Her Previous Council Experience

Toni served on the Council from 1988-1992 and again from 1994-1998 (Mayor from 1996-1997)

Her Business Experience

Toni graduated from Stanford University with an MBA and an MS in health care administration. She is president of T. Casey & Associates, a firm that specializes in governmental affairs and regulations at the state and federal level. Her clients include bio-tech companies that manufacture laboratory diagnostic devices.

Her Volunteer Achievements

In 1988, Toni founded, and has since chaired three times, the Spirit of the Hills Charity Celebrations, evenings bringing Los Altos Hills residents together as a neighborhood to help worthy causes. A long-time advocate for AIDS research and education, Toni founded the California Foundation for AIDS Prevention to spearhead AIDS education in Silicon Valley workplaces. She also remains active with the Stanford Alumni Association.

Her Family Life

Toni has lived in Los Altos Hills for the past 21 years with her two children, Carson and Alison. Both children graduated from St. Nicholas School where Toni was a volunteer mom for nine years. Carson now attends Colorado Mountain College, and Alison attends Foothill College.
