I believe in a government operating to serve the people of the community, not to limit or control their activities any more than is required for public safety and harmony,

All elected officials should be available to the public at times and places convenient to the public.

The elected officials should enjoy no priviliges that are not available to the general citizenry.

One of the very most important jobs for the mayor is to see that all city council members are treated equally and with respect. It goes without saying that all citizens should also be treated in that manner.

The elected officials are guardians of the publics money and should give lgreat thought as to how taxes are imposed and how the ppublic money should be spent.
