  • I am committed to: Securing long-term contracts for high quality water while fighting to maintain low costs in the face of federal mandates;
  • Continuing San Juan's creative and innovative resource planning and expanding its award-winning conservation and education programs;
  • Completing the Regional Water Master Plan for the north Sacramento County area and making efficient use of the new Co-operative Pipeline.
