• Lynne has been a volunteer in the Jurupa schools for 13 years.

• Lynne has been married 19 years to Robert, a firefighter and US Army veteran, and together they are raising their four children ages 10-17, all enrolled in Jurupa schools.

• Lynne is currently a PTA president and has served in many leadership positions on PTA boards and school committees.

• Lynne is a secretary for Child Welfare and Attendance at the Riverside County Office of Education addressing current issues regarding the children and schools of Riverside County on a daily basis.

• Lynne has been the recipient of the Honorary Service Award. She has also been named a YWCA Woman of Achievement by the Riverside County Office of Education.

• Lynne has served on the Community Leadership Council, the Teen Expo Committee, the Passport to College Committee and the Southwest Baptist Conference Regional Women's Board.
