It takes a communicator to get both parties to the table, plus a leader to work with County, State and Federal agencies to make these initiatives real.
Tustin has long had vacant and dilapidated lots and buildings in our Downtown area. Our past and current City Management and City Council have been ineffective in communicating and coordinating with our land owners in forging mutual proposals that benefit both parties. My background in negotiations and communications will help to bring the Redevelopment and Revitalization initiatives to fruition.
