Frann Shermet brings strong leadership to City Council. She has no ties to special interests and no private agenda. She has a proven 30 year record of service and believes in volunteerism and citizen involvement in city government.

Frann promises tact and diplomacy, an open door policy with accessibility to all residents, and will work to maintain the safe and secure quality of life in Cypress by rebuilding Police Department staff to full strength.

Additional recreational activities for youth is a top priority as well as fiscal stability and maintainence of city infrastructure. .
