My philosophy is to have an open government that is run by the people and for the people. In the current city council to many deals are brokered in closed door sessions, there is inadequate communications of new projects, too much time is wasted on in the public session on proclamations, and agendas offered to the public the day before the meetings are a few pages while the council gets the real agendas that can be several hundred pages long.

What I propose is that all home owners associations (HOA) are given the full agenda in printed form or on CD at least a week prior to the meetings, I also propose that the entire agenda be available on the city's web page and also in printed form in city hall and mostly I propose that we stop all private closed session meetings.
