Accomplishments As A Recreation District Director

During her 4 years as a director, Terry Graham has used her business and management skills to improve District operations and facilities.

GENERAL .Board Chair in 1997. .Elected Director from 1994 - 1998.

COMMUNICATIONS .Designed a promotional brochure describing district facilities. .Co-directed installation of an updated telephone system, with state-of-the-art features such as voice mail.

PLANNING AND REPORTING .Implemented the development of a quarterly (as opposed to annual plan. .Revised the financial reports to make them more meaningful and useful to the Board.

FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT .Co-directed the updating of the District's kitchen, in which a dishwasher and double-oven stove was added.

INTER AGENCY ACTIVITIES .Attended meetings of the Richardson Bay Region Agency to ensure the protection of our waterfront. .Worked closely with County and law enforcement agencies to improve safety and traffic control.
