Own a mid-size development and home building company producing "for sale" lots and 50-100 single family residences with a volume of $6M to $12M annually. Expertise in land development (entitlements, acquisition, and infrastructure), construction, contracts, negotiation, joint ventures, legal entity formation, syndication, administration, litigation and risk management, employee supervision, sales and marketing. Acted as a principal in: 600 production homes; 14 custom homes; 568 finished residential lots; a 40 acre industrial park; 40,000 sq. ft. of multiple tenant industrial buildings; a 550 acre large parcel tract; the remodel of 250 apartment units; and commercial tenant improvements.
