Judy Case was born in Sanger, California, and has lived in Fresno

County most of her life. She and her husband, Fred McNairy, have a
lifetime of experience in farming. Judy returned to her rural roots in 1992
to take over the ranch established by her father in the sixties. Fred
farmed hay and alfalfa full time for 12 years before becoming an
accountant in 1990. Together, Fred and Judy continue to farm tree fruit
and raise cattle in Sanger.

Judy is the daughter of Lonnie and Mildred Case, Fresno County
residents since the 1930s. Lonnie Case was a business and civic leader,
farmer, and cattleman. Mildred Case is active in the community and was
named Mother of the Year for Sanger in 1997. Judy Case has a long
history of civic involvement starting in 1973. Prior to 1992,: Judy
worked as a registered nurse and in hospital administration. She
continued in the family's tradition by starting her own business, a dental
laboratory, in 1992. A business associate continues to run the
laboratory.

Currently, Judy works as Administrative Director for Saint Agnes
Medical Center on weekends and has devoted the remainder of her time
to the ranch, being the Mayor of Sanger, and meeting with the citizens of
district 4 to identify the key issues for the future of Fresno County.
