Full Biography for Justin Masters

Candidate for
Board Member; El Dorado Hills Community Services District

I am 33 years old, married to Chela (pronounced Chay'-lah) Masters for 11 years, and have 5 beautiful children: Courtney, Briana, Merideth, Preston and Caedon.

BS Computer Science - National University AS Electronics Technology - American River College

Served 1 term in the US Air Force - Honorably Discharged.

Currently a Sr. CAD Engineer for Intel Corp.

I have lived in many neighborhoods and have seen what a lack of volunteer efforts by its citizens can do to them.

I moved to El Dorado Hills 1 year ago so that I might raise my family in a family oriented community. I have a desire to assist in maintaining a good quality of life for my own family as well as for others, and for this reason, I have chosen this opportunity to run for a position of board member for the EDH Community Services District.

I have had a long history of volunteer services spanning 17 years. Among my efforts:

• Neighborhood Watch block captain.
• PTA board member.
• Computer support for a family history center. (1.5 years).
• American River Cleanup (3 years).
• Sacramento Children's Festival (3 years).
• New York Creek cleanup.
• Educational opportunities in local elementary schools.
