  • Mamaged family business & owned property on the Divide since 1959
  • Currently a Georgetown Divide Advisory Committe member
  • Founding member of Georgetown Revitialization Committee
Priorities:
  • To preserve a plentiful, clean and inexpensive water supply for the Divide.
  • To protect our district from an overextension of hook-ups.
  • To continue with financially sound management-State auditors recently commended the district for outstanding financial management.
Douglas "Doug" Pickell 1741 votes 41.9%
  • Member of the Cool-Pilot Hill Advisory Board for the 1980/1990 plan
  • Coach, team manager and then League President of the Divide Little League during it's early years
  • Sunday School Teacher, Sunday Superintendent and Awana Youth leader in my local church

  • Sustained agricultural rates
  • Service to existing assessed parcels and rate payers before dedication to developers
