A New Boston Tea Party

By Edward "ED" Mayerhofer

Candidate for United States Representative; District 48

This information is provided by the candidate
We need to throw the IRS overboard, as they are to taxing.
I would like to see a restructuring of the IRS to be a people serving entity rather than a people taxing entity.
I believe that a small national sales tax would spread the burden of government evenly among ALL the people. This tax would not be applicable to food, necessary utilities(such as electricity and natural gas), or the purchase of a primary residence.
I would like to form a citizen group of the top experts in finance and economics to find ways to cut costs in running the government and making it more efficient and people serving. In business the customer comes first. Well, government is a business and We the People are it's customers.
If you vote for me I promise to help make the above a reality. Don't you think IT'S TIME FOR ANOTHER TEA PARTY.
