Political Philosophy for William A. Baker

My 30 years experience working in partnership with the private sector has strengthened my belief that less government is better government. In keeping with this philosophy, as Public Administrator, I administer decedents' estates only when there are no known heirs, no will, no named executor, no qualified person willing to assume responsibility or when the decedent or heirs request that I serve as administrator.
