Full Biography for Kenneth P. Holmes

I was born and raised in Fresno, CA. I first came to Marin in 1963, for a brief time, and returned to stay in 1973. I have two children whose early education was in Marin schools. One is married with two children of her own and also living in Marin. I joined the Coroner's Office in May l975 as an investigator and worked in that capacity for nine years prior to being asked to serve as Assistant Coroner. As assistant department head of this office I have been responsible for every facet of our daily operation. I prepare and maintain the annual budget, I supervise training, investigations, payroll and office procedures. I am also liaison with other law enforcement and related agencies.
