  • Our court should be accessible to the community and our community should understand the job of judges and the role of our court.
  • Our court should play a leadership role in long term problem solving models which are aimed to impact on our county's systemic legal problems including domestic violence, elder abuse, drug addictions, juvenile crime, and access to the legal system by the poor and elderly.
  • Our court is the guardian of justice for all of us and as such the interpretation and application of the law should be fair and equal.
  • Our court and legal system are important institutions in the life of our community designed to help build and nurture safe, healthy communities of excellence for every one of us.
