Shall the appropriations limit established for County Service Area No. 6 pursuant to Article XIII B of the California Constitution be increased to an amount equal to the tax revenues received for four (4) years commencing fiscal year 1997-98?
Impartial Analysis from the County Council
If this Measure is approved by a majority vote, the appropriations limit for County Service Area No. 6, pursuant to Article XIIIB of the California Constitution, will be increased by an amount equal to the proceeds of tax revenues received for fiscal years 1997-1998 through and including fiscal year 2000-2001.
