I believe that it is always possible to improve. I challenge statements such as "this is the way we always do it". "New blood" and new ideas are essential for improvement. Management of the local water authority is one of the ways in which voters can influence development in the unincorporated Midcoast area. As the current government in Half Moon Bay acts to revise its land use plan, Half Moon Bay voters can act in November to ensure that those revisions are supported by water policies in the Coastside County Water District.
