As a lifelong resident of San Mateo County, Patrick earned his AA Degree from the College of San Mateo and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Francisco State University. Professionally, he is the owner/broker of Liberty Realty. As a community activist, he has worked hard on behalf of the Foster City Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Chamber's Economic Development Committee. As a member of SAMCEDA he has been active on their Housing Task Force and their Education Board. He is a Panelist with the American Arbitration Association and a graduate of the Foster City/San Mateo Leadership Committee. He is a former member of the Personnel Committee for the City of San Mateo.
