Three of the four Board members have been on the Board 15, 20, and 22 years. The indicted manager had worked for the district 22 years. The director who filled his position had een on the Board for 14 years. While experience certainly can be important, it can also act as a blindfold to changes, both subtle and blateant. Something certainly is blinding this Board from its mission. It would appear that, at the very least, this Board has somehow lost sight of where it should be going. For this Board to regain its vision, it needs a FRESH perspective. This Board needs imagination. This Board needs a questioning attitude. This Board needs someone looking into the future who is not blinded by his participation in the past.

This Board needs John Carcione.
