Education and Qualifications:

Born and raised in South San Francisco. Attended South San Francisco schools. I
have always been interested in community affairs and government. I have
participated in other campaigns on a Countywide level. I try to attend every
Council meeting possible to keep abreast of changes and matters of concern in
our 
community.

I believe I can do a good job as a Councilmember in South San Francisco because
I am aware of the problems of the average person in our City. We need to focus
on our resident's concerns and make changes to improve the quality of life here
today.

Our teenagers don't have enough employment opportunities or recreational
programs to keep them off the streets. At the other end of the scale, many of
our seniors are finding living in our City difficult because of high rents,
taxes, and just the cost-of-living. We need more affordable housing for people
on low and/or fixed incomes so, this community can keep its diversity.

My objective in seeking this position is to make sure all South San Francisco
has an opportunity to be heard and their needs considered by our Council. I
need your vote, your support and you will have a Councilmember who will have
your personal interests foremost.
